At Stablemate Pro, we're committed to getting our Australian-made equine biosecurity products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Where We Ship We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–5 business days
- New Zealand: 5–7 business days (may vary depending on customs processing)
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may be subject to delays during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Carriers We ship via Australia Post and Aramex. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD 🎉
- For orders under $150 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- New Zealand shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
